Princess Puppies Code Of Ethics

1. I provide information on the characteristics and properties of the breed to interested individuals on my website.
2. I maintain a safe, clean and sanitary facility for all adult dogs and puppies for sale. This includes, but is not limited to proper veterinary care, regular contact with people, adequate exercise and exposure to the outside world for proper socialization of all my dogs.
3. I breed only for the purpose of improving the quality of the breed. I conscientiously plan each litter of puppies for sale, selecting a stud dog and bitch to be mated based on their pedigrees, conformation and temperament.
4. I will not knowingly misrepresent the characteristics of the breed, nor falsely advertise, or mislead any person regarding the performance of any dogs for sale or puppies for sale.
5. I will not breed any male or female until they are both physically and mentally mature, and I will not continue to breed any male or female beyond an appropriate age for the breed.
6. I will refrain from releasing any puppy until it is at least eight (8) weeks old or until I feel like he/she is completely ready for their new home.
7. I will show discrimination in the sale of my puppies and be concerned with the type of homes in which they are placed. I will make buyers aware of their responsibilities as dog owners. I will not donate puppies for “give-away” to the public. I will not supply puppies or dogs to be trained or used for dog fighting.
8. I am not a puppy mill. My dogs are very well taken care of with no expense spared for their medical care. They are fed one of the most expensive diets that are suited for their specific breed needs. Our animals have the comfort of heat and air conditioning, a clean, safe home where they can go inside or outside, a big play yard to exercise. Each and everyone is loved and part of our family.
9. I will be honest and ethical in my financial dealings with all buyers.
10. I will be here for you with any questions or concerns throughout the life of your puppy.
11. If a family is unable to keep their dog adopted from Princess Puppies for any reason, I will assist in finding a suitable new home. No Princess Puppy should ever end up in a shelter..Period!
