Shihpoo, Poo-shi, Shipoo, Shih-Poos are a designer hybrid cross between a Shih-Tzu and Poodle. They are not a pure breed but do offer exceptional qualities that are loved by many. When considering a mix breed dog, the Shih-Poo is the obvious decision.Characteristics Of Shih-Poo Puppies
They are gentle, sweet, loving and loyal companions that are great with children, other house hold pets and the elderly. They are a pretty good watch dog, affectionate, intelligent and curious.Shih-Poo Hair
The Shihpoo’s hair can range in many different colors with black, creams and browns being mostly seen. Their coat is usually soft to the touch and requires brushing a few times per week. A groomer a couple times a year can really shape up a Shih-Poos hair and make them look really nice. Their mature size depend on the size of the puppy’s decendents. Shihpoos are little to non-shedding and great for allergy sufferers due to their hypoallergenic nature.Shih-Poo Life Span
